I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with its perfect location right on the park, giving me stunning views of the Imperial Palace gardens. The nearby Tokyo metro made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The room and bathroom were kept spotless by the diligent housekeeping staff, and the service provided by the friendly and helpful hotel staff was top-notch. The breakfast spread, although repetitive, was delicious and satisfying. the hotel had convenient facilities such as coin-operated laundry rooms and an in-house wedding chapel.
One minor setback was the occasional language barrier when communicating with some of the hotel staff.
